Started in 2006, CREEKSIDE AUTOMOTIVE LLC is a family owned business serving Harrisburg, Hummelstown, Middletown, and Hershey, Pennsylvania areas.  We are a full service auto repair shop and an approved AutoZone ProVantage Repair shop. We have A.S.E. certified technicians and over 80 years combined experience. 
 
December 2018: CREEKSIDE AUTOMOTIVE LLC is proud to announce that in addition to the great experience they already provide their customers, they have taken an additional step to address the needs of women consumers, as part of the growing network of AskPatty.com Certified Female Friendly® locations in North America.  Team members at CREEKSIDE AUTOMOTIVE LLC have completed a training and certification process to provide a Certified Female Friendly® experience that exceeds women’s expectations, becoming the only Certified Female Friendly® shop in Hummelstown, PA.

Ken is a Certified A.S.E. Master Technician with 40+ years experience in the field and specializing in HONDA, ACURA, and SUBARU.  He also has a PA State Inspection License and holds a PA State Emission Repair status that allows him to perform both Emission Tests, Repair, and write Waivers if needed.  Ken has had a lifelong interest in anything with an engine, both cars and motorcycles. This is not only a business to him, but a hobby as well.  He loves performance imports and muscle cars, having owned many of them, including the black Cobra you see on our site. Other interests include Motorsports like Road Racing, Welding, and Fabrication.
Kerry Criswell
Owner / Vice President
Kerry is a Certified A.S.E. technician with a PA State Inspection License and can also do PA Emission Testing.  He has been in the automotive repair industry for over 40 years, working for Sears Auto Center, and in December of 2013 took an early retirement to join Creekside Automotive LLC with his brother and sister-in-law.  His first love will always be his family, followed by Jeep Wranglers, Kawasaki Ninja's, NHRA Drag Racing, and Orioles Baseball.  When he is relaxing, he listens to David Gilmour and Neil Young.

Kim Criswell

Kim has worked in an office environment for many years and is a true professional.  She is Ken's better half and they have been married for almost 43 years now.  She takes care of all the important details at Creekside Automotive LLC.  She is the glue that holds the business together.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her hubby watching movies, going to concerts, and getting together with close friends to see our favorite hometown bands.  She is also a big animal lover and has adopted many homeless animals through the years.
